Beach Chair Hub helps users find beach chair rentals, umbrellas, surfboards, bodyboards, beach gear packages, pickup spots, delivery options, and related beach rental services around Puerto Rico.

Beach Chair Hub may show information from independent providers, local businesses, vendors, partners, or users. We try to make that information useful, but users should still confirm the final details directly with the provider.

Your responsibility as a user

Before renting, you should confirm the price, availability, pickup point, delivery area, rental time, return instructions, equipment condition, refund rules, beach access, parking, and any provider-specific terms.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use Beach Chair Hub to:

• Break any law, beach rule, municipal rule, property rule, or permit requirement.
• Create fake accounts, fake bookings, fake listings, or fake reviews.
• Post false, misleading, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Promote stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, or prohibited goods.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, spam, scrape, or misuse users, providers, or platform data.
• Upload malware, phishing content, harmful code, or copyrighted content without permission.

Listings and search results

We do not guarantee that every listing, price, photo, description, map result, review, business hour, phone number, delivery area, or provider detail is accurate, current, complete, safe, legal, or available.

Liability and warranty limits

Beach Chair Hub is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Chair Hub is not responsible for losses, claims, disputes, accidents, equipment issues, provider actions, payment disagreements, delivery problems, beach conditions, weather conditions, or third-party services connected to any listing or rental.

Nothing in these policies is meant to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These policies are governed by the laws applicable in Puerto Rico and the United States, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

Puerto Rico beaches are beautiful, but conditions can change quickly. Wind, heat, currents, rain, waves, parking, beach access, and crowd levels can affect a rental or beach day.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Chair Hub is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, death, property damage, theft, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, provider negligence, user negligence, weather conditions, ocean conditions, beach conditions, or third-party conduct connected to any listing, rental, pickup, delivery, setup, equipment use, or beach activity.

Risks may include

• Slips, trips, falls, cuts, burns, dehydration, sun exposure, or heat exhaustion.
• Waves, currents, rip currents, tides, reefs, rocks, marine life, rain, wind, or lightning.
• Improper umbrella setup, unstable chairs, damaged gear, sharp edges, or unsafe handling.
• Misuse of surfboards, bodyboards, coolers, carts, speakers, chairs, umbrellas, or packages.
• Theft, loss, parking issues, access problems, delivery confusion, or pickup delays.

Before using rented equipment

• Inspect all equipment before use.
• Do not use damaged, dirty, unstable, defective, or unsafe equipment.
• Ask the provider for setup and safety instructions.
• Confirm return time, pickup point, delivery location, and damage rules.
• Check weather, wind, tide, surf, and posted beach warnings.
• Supervise children and inexperienced swimmers at all times.

Parents, guardians, and responsible adults are fully responsible for supervising minors. Some equipment may not be suitable for every age, skill level, physical ability, or ocean condition.

Providers listed on Beach Chair Hub are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or legal affiliates of Beach Chair Hub unless a written agreement clearly says otherwise.

Provider responsibilities

• Keep listings, photos, descriptions, prices, availability, categories, and service areas accurate.
• Maintain, clean, store, deliver, pick up, set up, and manage their own equipment.
• Follow applicable Puerto Rico laws, municipal rules, beach rules, permits, taxes, insurance requirements, and property rules.
• Handle customer service, cancellations, refunds, deposits, late fees, damages, delivery issues, pickup issues, and disputes.
• Provide their own rental agreement, waiver, safety instructions, or customer rules when needed.

Provider content

Providers must have the right to use any photos, logos, videos, trademarks, or written content they upload. Beach Chair Hub may remove content that appears misleading, unsafe, illegal, abusive, copyrighted without permission, or harmful to the platform.

Removal or suspension

Beach Chair Hub may edit, hide, suspend, reject, or remove provider listings or accounts if we believe they are inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, illegal, low quality, or harmful to users or the platform.

Rental providers may have their own cancellation, refund, deposit, no-show, weather, damage, and late-return policies. Users should review provider terms before booking or paying.

If the provider handles the payment

Unless Beach Chair Hub clearly states that it is directly processing or managing a specific payment, all refunds, cancellations, deposits, damages, chargebacks, late fees, and payment disputes are handled directly between the user and the rental provider.

Weather and beach conditions

Weather, wind, rain, lightning, ocean conditions, beach closures, parking issues, or unsafe conditions may affect a rental. Refunds or rescheduling for weather-related issues depend on the provider’s policy unless Beach Chair Hub clearly states otherwise.

Provider cancellations

If a provider cancels, cannot deliver, does not have the equipment available, or fails to provide the agreed service, the provider is responsible for handling the customer issue, refund, replacement, or rescheduling.

Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment

Providers may charge customers for damaged, lost, stolen, or late-returned equipment according to their rental agreement. Beach Chair Hub is not responsible for resolving equipment damage disputes unless we clearly agree to help with a specific issue.

Beach Chair Hub may allow users to post reviews, ratings, photos, comments, or other feedback about providers or rental experiences. Reviews should help people make better decisions, not manipulate the platform.

Reviews must be honest

• Your review should be based on your real experience.
• Do not post fake, paid, misleading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not post private information about another person.
• Do not upload copyrighted photos, logos, or content without permission.

Fake reviews are not allowed

Beach Chair Hub does not allow fake reviews, review buying, review selling, undisclosed paid reviews, undisclosed insider reviews, intimidation, or pressure to remove honest negative reviews.

Moderation

Beach Chair Hub may remove, hide, reject, or flag reviews that violate this policy, appear fraudulent, include private information, create safety concerns, or harm the integrity of the platform.
