About Beach Chair Hub

Beach Chair Hub is a beach gear rental discovery platform. We help users find beach chair rentals, umbrella rentals, surfboards, bodyboards, beach gear packages, pickup spots, beach delivery options, and related beach rental services.

Beach Chair Hub may display information from independent rental providers, vendors, local businesses, partners, or users.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Beach Chair Hub is not the owner, operator, manufacturer, renter, seller, lifeguard, transportation provider, tour operator, or direct service provider of the listed beach equipment or rental services.

Independent rental providers

Rental providers listed on Beach Chair Hub are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or legal affiliates of Beach Chair Hub unless a written agreement clearly says otherwise.

Each provider is responsible for:

• The accuracy of their listings.
• The condition, safety, cleaning, storage, and maintenance of their equipment.
• Their pricing, availability, delivery, pickup, setup, deposits, cancellation policies, and refund policies.
• Compliance with applicable laws, permits, licenses, taxes, insurance requirements, beach rules, municipal rules, and safety regulations.
• Any interaction, agreement, transaction, rental, complaint, damage, loss, injury, or dispute involving their customers.

Beach Chair Hub may remove, edit, hide, suspend, or reject listings that appear inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the platform or its users.

User responsibility and assumption of risk

Beach environments involve natural and changing conditions. By using Beach Chair Hub and renting or using any beach equipment, you understand and accept that beach-related activities may involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, falls, cuts, burns, dehydration, heat exhaustion, sun exposure, allergic reactions, or other injuries.
• Ocean conditions, waves, currents, rip currents, tides, reefs, rocks, marine life, weather changes, wind, rain, lightning, or poor visibility.
• Equipment failure, improper setup, misuse, user error, lack of supervision, or unsafe handling.
• Loss, theft, damage, or personal property issues.
• Injuries involving surfboards, bodyboards, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, speakers, carts, or any other rented or borrowed equipment.

You are responsible for using good judgment, following local beach rules, obeying warning signs, checking weather and ocean conditions, supervising minors, and using equipment safely.

No responsibility for accidents, incidents, or injuries

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Chair Hub is not responsible or liable for any accident, incident, injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, theft, delay, cancellation, dispute, unsafe condition, equipment failure, provider action, provider negligence, user negligence, weather condition, ocean condition, beach condition, or third-party conduct connected to any listing, rental, booking, pickup, delivery, setup, beach activity, or provider service.

This includes, but is not limited to, incidents involving:

• Beach chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, bodyboards, coolers, Bluetooth speakers, beach carts, and rental packages.
• Delivery, pickup, setup services, beach access areas, parking areas, public beaches, and private properties.
• Boats, docks, ramps, vehicles, nearby structures, or third-party locations.

Beach Chair Hub does not guarantee that any provider, listing, location, product, rental equipment, or beach area is safe, available, legal, insured, permitted, supervised, or suitable for your needs.

Equipment safety

Before using any rented equipment, you should inspect it carefully. Do not use equipment that appears damaged, unstable, unsafe, dirty, defective, improperly assembled, or unsuitable for the location or weather conditions.

You should ask the rental provider for instructions when needed.

Beach Chair Hub does not inspect, certify, test, maintain, clean, store, deliver, repair, or guarantee the safety of rental equipment unless clearly stated in writing.

Minors and supervision

Beach Chair Hub is not intended for unsupervised use by children.

Parents, guardians, and responsible adults are fully responsible for supervising minors and ensuring that any rented equipment is used safely and appropriately.

Some equipment, including surfboards, bodyboards, and water-related rentals, may not be suitable for all ages, skill levels, ocean conditions, or physical abilities.

Bookings, payments, deposits, and refunds

Beach Chair Hub may display provider pricing, availability, packages, booking options, payment links, deposits, delivery options, and cancellation terms.

Unless Beach Chair Hub clearly states that it is directly processing or managing a specific transaction, all payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, damages, late fees, rental agreements, and service issues are handled directly between the user and the rental provider.

Provider policies may vary. Users should review all provider terms before making a reservation or payment.

Beach Chair Hub is not responsible for provider pricing errors, unavailable rentals, overbookings, cancellations, missed deliveries, late pickups, denied refunds, deposit disputes, or payment disagreements between users and providers.

Location information

Beach Chair Hub may allow users to search by beach, town, area, map location, radius, or nearby rental provider.

Location results are for convenience only. We do not guarantee that search results are accurate, complete, current, close to you, legally accessible, available, or safe.

You are responsible for confirming the exact location, pickup point, delivery area, parking availability, access rules, and beach conditions before traveling or renting.

Listings and content accuracy

We try to provide useful and accurate information, but Beach Chair Hub does not guarantee that all listings, descriptions, photos, prices, availability, categories, ratings, reviews, maps, addresses, business hours, phone numbers, links, or provider details are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Providers and users may submit content. Beach Chair Hub may review, edit, remove, or reject content, but we are not required to monitor all content at all times.

Reviews and user content

Users may be allowed to post reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or other content.

By submitting content, you agree that:

• Your content is honest and based on your real experience.
• You will not post fake, misleading, paid, manipulated, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
• You will not impersonate another person or business.
• You will not post private personal information about others.
• You will not upload content that violates intellectual property rights.

Beach Chair Hub may remove or moderate reviews and user content that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, create safety concerns, or may harm users or the platform.

Beach Chair Hub does not allow fake reviews, review manipulation, paid reviews without proper disclosure, or attempts to pressure users into changing honest reviews.

Provider accounts and business listings

Providers are responsible for keeping their account and listing information accurate.

By creating or claiming a provider profile, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that business or rental service.

Providers may not:

• Misrepresent their business, services, prices, equipment, insurance, permits, or availability.
• Post fake listings or fake reviews.
• Use copyrighted images or content without permission.
• Offer illegal or unsafe rentals.
• Avoid fees owed to Beach Chair Hub, if any apply.
• Harass, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger users.

Beach Chair Hub may suspend, remove, or restrict provider accounts at any time if we believe the account violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Beach Chair Hub to:

• Break any law, regulation, beach rule, or municipal rule.
• Post false, misleading, harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Rent, promote, or distribute unsafe, stolen, illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
• Interfere with the website, security, servers, search tools, forms, or user accounts.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse data from the platform.
• Upload malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, or abuse another user or provider.
• Create fake accounts, fake bookings, fake reviews, or fake business listings.
• Use Beach Chair Hub for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

Third-party links and services

Beach Chair Hub may link to third-party websites, booking tools, payment processors, maps, social media pages, provider websites, or external services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, payments, content, actions, errors, security, privacy practices, availability, or services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

Beach Chair Hub, including its name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, icons, branding, software, and platform features, is owned by Beach Chair Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or use Beach Chair Hub branding or content without permission, except as allowed by law or by written authorization.

Users and providers retain ownership of content they submit, but by submitting content to Beach Chair Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the platform.

Privacy

Your use of Beach Chair Hub is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, store, and share personal information.

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you should not use the website or services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Chair Hub and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of Beach Chair Hub.
• Your inability to use Beach Chair Hub.
• Any listing, provider, rental, booking, payment, pickup, delivery, setup, review, beach activity, equipment use, accident, injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, loss, or dispute.
• Any third-party website, service, provider, or user.
• Any error, delay, interruption, data loss, security issue, or unauthorized access.

This limitation applies even if Beach Chair Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beach Chair Hub and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, demands, or fees, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to:

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Beach Chair Hub at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, harmed another user, posted misleading content, abused the platform, or used the website unlawfully.

We may also remove listings, reviews, profiles, photos, messages, or content at our discretion.

Changes to the website, services, and Terms

Beach Chair Hub may update, change, pause, limit, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without notice.

We are not liable for changes, interruptions, errors, downtime, lost data, removed listings, or discontinued features.
