Most rental questions should be handled directly with the provider first. If the issue cannot be resolved, Beach Chair Hub support can review the report.

Contact the provider first.

If your issue is about pickup, delivery, payment, refund, equipment, time, or service, please contact the rental provider directly first.

Providers are responsible for their own rentals, prices, availability, delivery, pickup, setup, refunds, and customer service.

If not resolved

Report it to support.

If you contacted the provider and could not reach an agreement, send a short report to Beach Chair Hub support.

  • Keep the message clear and direct.
  • Add screenshots or proof if you have them.
  • Do not include sensitive payment details by email.

  • Provider / seller name
  • Issue subject or short explanation
  • Photos or screenshots if available
